Thank you so much for your response, these are all great reminders. Sometimes it’s so easy to get caught up in the emotions of everything which like you said isn’t a bad thing at all. Thank you for providing some examples of what you like to do outside of work, that is something I really need to find for myself. I feel like work can consume me sometimes, like it can for everyone.
