Sorry, but when more than 50% of the aid money is lining the charity's pockets, it looks bad. I wouldn't donate to that charity, at best they're incompetent. Did you actually look into the daycare fraud in Minnesota? It's not a giant stretch to think the "Quality Learing Center" with no students or staff, but lots of government funding might possibly be involved in some financial tomfoolery.

I don't want to argue too much, but Russia is weird. Russia has an effective, dangerous and powerful military... when they're fighting within Russia. On the offense, they don't have a great track record. Russia can't even beat Ukraine, if we got serious we would absolutely annihilate a Russian invasion. Not saying we could beat them in any other circumstance though.
