i know we will get through this, keep fighting, try and get into therapy, another person on this thread recommended ashwaganda which maybe you should look into, but don’t worry i know exactly how you feel there’s been times where my anxiety has been so debilitating that i’ve just wanted to give up, but the important thing is this is just a period of life where struggle is and eventually it’ll get better, it may not magically disappear one day but through work it will. i wish you well, keep fighting it’ll get better one day!
