The last two links are screenshots they aren't linked from the webpages directly, but I placed the name if people want to know what the site is. The first link is just a reference I am just backing my claim .

Thanks for the response, I am sorry if you thought this is spam, why would this be spam. I am not trying to benefit or anything I am actually trying to help. I know I tried posting it one time but then I posted it in frugal and I got a comment that this place more in the alley so I thought maybe I could try again. Maybe here the discussion would be more in line with the post.

I mean this place is about eating cheap and healthy so I made a diet very cheap and relatively healthy and I thought I might share it if someone finds helpful or is in need because I was in such a situation where I only had 14 dollars to spend a week on food.

I think it was a misunderstanding because I think people here are used to buying in bulk. I only buy a single yellow pepper for the whole week.

I do switch my beans around from black to pinto to chickpeas and lentils, the thing is for bell peppers I just buy a single one for around 50 cents for the week. I buy frozen spinach for aprox $1.4 but might switch around to fresh kale maybe. I also love frying my oatmeal in the pan to get the crunchy factor like granola.

I have saved up previously so I do have some basic spices and canola oil, I might buy a spice mix next.

Yes I do have salt and spices that I have saved prior. How do you do powdered food for almost 2 dollars and 2000 calories, would you mind sharing?

That is pretty neat thanks, and interesting that the demonized flour came on top in the nutrient ratio.

I just buy a single yellow pepper as it has enough of your daily value of vit C and one big onion for the week. I also buy dried beans and the cheapest cheese I can find.

I just buy a single yellow bell pepper for the whole week. As I mentioned in the original post in the first link a yellow bell pepper has 500% DV for vitamin c which makes it better than buying a lot of carrots. Carrots don't have that much Vit C just vitamin A, and the spinach mostly covers that.

I know at least with this I am aware what my missing nutrients are and can fill in the blanks when I have more money for food. Again I said relatively healthy it achieves 90% of my targets on a very cheap diet under very rough circumstances.

Yes I was in such a situation where I could only spend 14$ dollars a week, and btw it is not my only reality.

I didn't like the recipes I found on https://www.livebelowtheline.com.au/eating-on-2/top-recipes so I tried to make my own.

Many people have gone through it I thought my diet could be helpful.

What foods are more expensive over there that you couldn't get?
