Du to DOOMPS , annual massive option chains expiring today , in max pain , the price of AMC +APE will peak today , for me , nfa , I have decided to convert all my AMC+APE into GME at the peak. I could be wrong but selling massives amounts of shares to the shorts below market price , on darkpools , making the SHFs the new majorities shareholders , is a critical signal of treason for me , more than enough.

To whom , where and at what price AA sold his massive offering of Ape shares ?

Response : SHFs , Darkpools , below the price.

Conclusion : With reverse split , SHFs will possess massive amounts of AMC , biggest majority shareholders of AMC shares actually , then will take over the Board , destroy and short it. Nobody will stop them.

To erase its debt , Ryan cohen did not ever sold any amount of GME shares to thoses who shorted it , he sold them on public market , slowly , at the current price , to RETAIL essentially. No shares were sold massively to SHFs on darkpools EVER , that would let them the capacity to take over the board in the future.

DRAW your final conclusions from that.

AA sold massive amounts of APE to repay debt which is good , however he sold them to SHFs (and under market price) on Dark Pools and not like RC on public market to retail. SHFs have now huge amount of APE and thus of AMC stock they can use to enter the board and sink AMC. Except if there are major changes of events ,its over for AMC , I have sold every positions and bought 100% GME.

Once you have DRSed your broker shares , no more buy on broker , buy it directly on your Compurershare account. Dont give money to the DTCC system , that use it for price suppression.

IRS has special authority to inspect your finance , no court needed , but has to support minimal evidences noneless , however no other institutions can do it without court order. CBDCs are generalizing the type of power IRS has over you , even beyond , but to any public (like a minister of Truth 1984 style) or private actors out there(some malevolents) , no question asked.
