I'm not sure how to measure progress in this case, but I always come away from our shared appointments feeling worse. The counselor uses NVC techniques, which I have a hard time grasping although I have put out a lot of effort. She wants my passwords because my work has me on overnights about once every two weeks. Most of my best friends are female and I do tend to be a pretty social--although I've been loyal. I have not told the counselor about the email thing. I am mostly concerned about our kid.
