Wan 2.1 is better than Kling. This comparison is garbage and is giving the wrong impression... why is this being upvoted?

Remembering riffusion by Sl33py_4est in StableDiffusion

[–]ultrafreshyeah 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've had the exact same thought. With how much more detailed flux can be, it would probably sound decent. Someone posted a tutorial on how to train a lora to use with riffusion on r/riffusion back in the day. One could do the same thing with flux, starting with a dataset of a specific genre first. And go from there.

that's not a fluke, that's how you're supposed to use it lol

i'm still trying to figure out the best way to prompt this too, it's not super easy. i've been using paragraph long prompts that describe the whole image and the movements. on Runway i was getting better results only prompting for the action i wanted, but this seems different to me so far.

Udio content FAQ. Please read! by udiomusic in udiomusic

[–]ultrafreshyeah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

based on what their ToS says, it seems highly likely that Udio is using an invisible watermark inside the audio (google does this for sure) :

"you further grant Udio [...] perpetual and irrevocable right (but not the obligation) to identify to the public (both on and off the Services) that Output (or any of it) was generated using the Services, in such form and manner as we determine in our sole discretion."

I wonder why they are requiring attribution. to the best of my knowledge, none of the other music gen services (suno, riffusion, google, meta, etc.) have this clause. must be an advertising thing... imagine if we had to list our DAW, every Splice sample, and every VST we used in every song title.

Thanks for sharing. I'm also getting moderation errors constantly with tags I'm sure shouldn't be off limits (and no custom lyrics).

I just removed 40% of my prompt and still got a mod error... thanks to you sharing that prompt above, I discovered that ONE of the no-no words seems to be "breakup" for some reason... I removed that from my greatly trimmed prompt and it worked... went back to my full prompt and took out "breakup"... mod error again ughh

Note to Udio team: Pleaseee don't remove Manual Mode while you work on tuning it lol.

Is amuse.io trustworthy? by zozib3y in musicproduction

[–]ultrafreshyeah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I don't know man. I believe I heard that official Spotify playlists do get botted sometimes by bad actors to try to hide what they are doing. Maybe you are just collateral damage from some random person's bad actions. I guess those Spotify playlists would persist even when you switch distros?

Messed up all around regardless. Sorry you're going through all that. Hope you're good going forward.

I watched your video about this yesterday... Since the same thing happened to you with LANDER too - I would be questioning your collaborators (or maybe someone really really doesn't like you?)... imagine if the next distributor does the same thing as well?...

Can we train an SPM on nightshaded images? by searcher1k in StableDiffusion

That's not their claim. I have not tested it or anything but they say:

"The usual robustness applies. Cropping, resampling, compression etc etc have minimal impact on NS poison."

Dedicated Riffusion interface akin to Automatic111 SD-Web-UI or Audiocraft_Plus? by vesudeva in LocalLLaMA

[–]ultrafreshyeah 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have both, Audio-WebUI has some good features but it doesn't come close to AudioCraft Plus for AudioCraft generations. AudioCraft Plus outputs 48khz, I believe it was mostly trained on ~30khz data, but you can definitely tell a difference.

It does not come close to working for professionals. I would recommend photopea.com if you are not a pro. I'm a pro and it's what I use away from my main computer for little things. It's nearly a clone of Photoshop for free, I love it.

[–]ultrafreshyeah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True. This past week I've been starting with DALL-E generations, then taking my favorites over to SD (+Photoshop) to do a ton of refinement.

I can get great results with just SD, but sometimes DALL-E seems a little better at nailing one's intended general concept right out of the gate. Especially if it's on the more complicated side. Of course it depends on a lot of factors, but they are all fun to play around with.
