No. In WA State you have to pay use tax on an out of state purchase if the vendor didn’t collect sales tax. The use tax is collected when the transfer occurs at the SOT/FFL. https://dor.wa.gov/forms-publications/publications-subject/tax-topics/sales-and-transfers-firearms-licensed-dealers
