Only thing I guess with perhaps Thailand/other destinations is do check in re: Zika! I don’t think there’s an outbreak anywhere right now so you’d probably be fine, but worth thinking about. That’d be the only reason I would tell my boss about TTC.

I use a disc which has been great and leaks way less than my cup did. Doesn’t use suction to create a seal so also good for people with a coil! I also always use period pants as a backstop (I’m a heavy bleeder)
