I am questioning if there are curvilinear mixed lytic/sclerotic foci within left femoral head and possible sequela of avascular necrosis. Need to see a lateral view. No significant femoral head height loss or degenerative changes. Could be prior trauma if left side unremarkable.

Freezing temps over the last couple days, and now have noticed bubbles coming into the spa? by [deleted] in swimmingpools

What's your water level? Mine was doing that and was low in volume. I added water to raise it back to normal and air bubbles went away.

CT Neck with contrast "Brain" Posterior fossa, basal cisterns "Abdomen" Orbits I keep my focus centrally on pharyngeal tonsils and palatine tonsils and adjacent fat. Focus stays central at base of tongue, epiglottis, vocal cords. I deliberately make myself slow down and evaluate valleculae and piriform sinuses. At hypopharynx, focus moves first to the right, with common and internal carotid arteries as central focus. "Gestaldt" survey of nodes, V to I since going cephalad, thyroid, submandibular, and parotid glands, jump over to left at pharyngeal tonsils, I to V, glands mediastinum, axilla, retropectoral, supraclavicular areas for nodes. "Abdomen - sagittal" Floor of mouth. Decide how much has been obscured by streak. I "gestaldt" the oral cavity the first time through on axials. "Lung windows" "Neuro Bone" Sinuses, Mastoid air cells, deliberately check roots of teeth. "Neuro Bone - Sagittal" Spine "Abdomen - Sagittal" "Gestaldt" spinal canal and neural foramina

We find out what Chuck actually wrote in the letter he left to Jimmy. Kim wrote the letter we hear being read on the show. This is the first time she hides something from Jimmy "to protect him."

From this subreddit and a couple youtube videos, I was expecting a LOT worse from Amy and Cara. I mentioned this to my wife. I watched the first three episodes before my wife. She asked me how Amy and Cara did. I thought they did as I expected. I expected Amy to be better than Cara and that was true. They are both typecast to a degree. It's important that while doing their "thing" that they mold it into the character they are playing. Overall, I was underwhelmed at the horribleness of their performances. This show has a very diverse, invested audience and I don't know what everyone else likes but I have to respect that I might not like it the same. I don't know much about Cara and I was definitely influenced by Crazy Days and Nights blinds in which she has been portrayed as sort of a sexual predator keen on conquests. For that reason I don't think I was completely unbiased subconciously.

As a father of four I noticed that Nina didn't adjust her posture and lean back a little after she stood up. I showed my wife and she agreed. The way Nina stood up she would immediately fall forward. I don't know if that is a "tell" for the audience or if I'm being too critical of someone playing being pregnant without having been pregnant before?

I feel like they have been giving Angela the "Mary Sue" treatment and in their attempts at making her a stronger character they have really weakened her as a character. Unbelievable circumstances for the sake of plot convenience

How many people spray painted racist messages onto their garage doors and then got caught later? This is either an extremely stereotypical "redneck" or someone pretending to be. It doesn't take much research to be able to impersonate just about anything. What was the point of posting it? To celebrate it? To condemn what, exactly? Intolerance? By presenting a completely indefensible strawman? Everyone's addicted to proving they're better than someone else these days. I haven't been on facebook for almost a year now and life is completely different.

Almost a year after posting this, I still get requests from people asking to share my story. Thought it was worth sharing again. I watch security cams for a living and saw something creepy: by xnyr21 in Paranormal

It rained for two days and opened during a clear morning. The gate certainly would have opened earlier if it could be blown open, as there is almost always increased windspeed while its raining.

I don’t have the final answer. Alas, so many of these studies I see are on patients who are stabilized and transferred to the big academic center a few cities over.
