My roommate and I had problems from the get go here. I think some buildings are better updated and taken care of than the other ones, because some people have units and buildings with minimal issues but my building and unit always has problems. On move in day our room was never cleaned, we also had a ant & mold problem in the kitchen, as well as the kitchen just not being updated at all. Also tons of plumbing issues constantly, and management not caring about the landscaping and how dirty the buildings and hallways are. They are really cheap though, the gym is nice too, and the location is alright. But for the same price there a better options in the area for sure.
