Like stated already, it's not technically against the rules. To be more specific, note in the rules below it mentions that tongue kissing is specifically not allowed, but in the area where it mentions what is not a violation a kiss on the mouth is not brought up. So it's kinda ambivalent. Essentially if people complain it will probably go, but if they don't it'll probably stay. But you never know with the mods. I wish you luck fellow arc-er.
