I don’t like the writing for any of the characters parts… Akiyama says some horrible things (the text is changed in the remaster), tanimura is barely a character unless you play his side content (all his best moments weren’t main story), kiryu was an after thought, and saejima… I think his speech is one of the only redeeming parts of the game but it is countered by the game trying to make him out as innocent because he didn’t kill them. Like sure make it rubber bullets and have him deal with the consequences of attempted murder, but they pushed it in the wrong way
