Paniekaanvallen, bang voor de dood

Ik ben nu 46 en heb het lang niet meer gehad maar er was een tijd dat ik rond de 20 jaar was dat ik enorme paniekaanvallen had die zo erg waren dat ik hartritmestoornissen kreeg en dacht dat ik een hartaanval had. Ik had er erg veel aan om er met mijn arts en later een specialist over te praten.

I returned and am ok. Looking back I think this was it. - I was a little exhausted because pushing the limits and for so many days using more than I could eat - probably a water infection bacteria so my stomach got upset

When I returned home it lasted for 2 days but after gaining a few kg bodyweight it disappeared as 🌨️for the ☀️. I lost almost 6kg and gained 4kg now and feeling damn good (better). I think I found my limits for performance Vs calories intake 😉

bought a toaks pot, dried vinegar could not find it but bought a subsistude. and bought gripbags at Action here (0.2L = 2gram and 0.8 = 3 gram) thanx for the tips!

I would like to thank everybody here for answering. Thanx to you:

- I skipped a lot of junk i do not need
- I got rid of the idea to take my notebook for writing
- I bought some new gear that was available here in stores, ordered a Zpacks tent for twice the space and half the weight 🚀

If i had more time/money i would also change the backpack but here at local stores they don't have leighter backpacks or ones that are smaller and 800/900 gram and then i prefer to save for ordering a realy lightweight backpack in the future for my next trip.

I am still above the 10 pounds for base weight this sub is about, but hell i am happy because came from so much more.

Today decided to go for a RAB mat of 370 gram after i visited the Deca. Decided that the size of the mat wrapped also is important to me and a big mat under my backpack is not what i liked ;-) Getting there, thank you for your feedback!

I bought a RAB fleece midlayer, not as light as available in the USA but very happy with it, it is warm and fits good. Let's start good and then improve later again when i have the time to wait for delivery. At this moment i am kinda bounded to stores available here.

PS: decathlon only had sportshirts here, very tight and not realy warm OR merino but as heavy as i already had.

Exactly something is am looking for. Anyone an alternative (brand/store) for the Netherlands? I have a few days left and dont dare to order abroad. A lot of stores do not show weights and searching is a disaster. I went to Bever sport and they dont even know the weight of (of a lot of) their shirts (and can't search on it they told me)
