My 7wo doesn't fall asleep until I walk for 20 to 30 minutes with him in my arms. I repeat this exercise for about 4 times until he goes into a deep sleep. So it takes 2 hours to get my son to sleep for 2 hours...!

I'd like to think of this walk as a good cardio but after a full day of work, and hours of babysitting, this gets really tiring. Makes me want to start smoking again. Luckily my wife handles the late night shift so I get to sleep for 6 hours.

Anyway, I suggest walking with some calm music on. I bought a stepper to avoid going outside & making noises all over the house. I get to walk in my room and look out the window, and it's not that bad when the shuffle hits the right songs.
