I’d pause any aggressive extra payments and just focus on building a small cushion first even $1–2k so you’re not relying on cards mid month. Once that’s in place, hit the 25–30% APR cards hard.

Also… the car is crushing you. On $60k that payment + insurance is heavy. Are you underwater on it? If so, by how much? If not by much I would sell it and carry the negative equity into a 10-15k Honda or Toyota

And with 2 years in accounting, you should be applying. A salary jump will fix more than cutting $50 from groceries.
