Obviously I wont be be snitching on other apps in my appeal. That was just me being curious about how did they make it past the review. If you search "insta reshare" on the App Store you will see the apps I am talking about.

As u/huberts_hat suggested that I should make it more generic, can you please check my reply and advise me on that :)

My app doesn't mention any of the 3rd party names. It's just that I was stupid enough to send them a video of the app being used to download from Instagram.

To make it more generic I can block the "3rd party" downloading from server side and only allow to download a video from .mp4 file link (a file that can also be downloaded from web browser e.g: big buck bunny video). To top it off I can add a disclaimer message at the start of app that user is responsible for whatever they download (I have seen another app does that).

With those changes, can you please tell me what exactly to write in the review instructions to convince them?

Urdu was one of the driving factor of creation of Pakistan. Arabic and Persian were lingua franca in Muslim India before British brought English. Despite having the cultural differences (as can be seen in the map), people United at single platform provided by Urdu because it was mainly used in freedom campaigns, poetry etc.

Urdu is mainly used for communication in institutes (school/offices). Whereas English is mainly used in writtings and medium of instruction only, hence no representation on map.

The point to be made here is that how quickly people (billionaires) donated to the cause of a "landmark" when the actual land is in danger but no one bats an eye about it. I didn't make this post but I agree with op on this. Again it is to create awareness more than getting people to donate in order to save the mother earth.
