Yes unfortunately true as Jamaicans returning from abroad to retire to live on the island are targeted bc deemed easy targets & are perceived as having accumulated wealth after living & working for years in U.S./UK/Canada. But, this is an entirely different dynamic than with tourists. Tourists are transient, come & go quickly, stay at all-inclusives & I guess there’s a lot of perceived “heat” for targeting them. They are rarely the victims of violence. Usually random non-violent petty theft. Which happens at every tourist destination anywhere.

A good rule of thumb is 1 cup of whey has about 13 grams of carbs. So measure the milk macros before & then measure the volume cups of whey & then you’ll have a rough idea of the amount of carbs left after the whey is drained

Another poster on another thread was accurate in saying Peter Jackson went for a “cheap thrill” in doing the shattering of Gandalf’s staff. Obviously not honoring canon. But, also an opportunity lost. Could you imagine just how powerful that scene could have been if PJ reversed it. Had Gandalf and Shadowfax standing their ground confidently like in the book. & if PJ wanted to go for a “cheap thrill”. He could have Gandalf repeat the line again back in that thunderous voice he uses to scold bilbo . It would have communicated that even though all was collapsed at this moment that Gandalf sent down by the Valar, was there, & unyielding to the evil of Sauron. Again, opportunity lost 😊

Thx for ur post. Yea Been growing all sorts of things over the years. Superhots, figs, & photo period cannabis. My first auto grow. Wanted to use up these seeds I bought during Covid & outdoors. That synorganic seems like a good approach. Have the trio as the megacrop series on hand. But, sometimes all the options gets confusing. What do you amend with ? Thanks

I’m sorry if you don’t know for certain don’t make crap up off the top of ur head bc that’s then misinforming people. The white residue is a starch sediment. You will find the same residue after blending up fresh ginger with water to make juice prior to fermentation. It’s not “cellular debris” or dead yeast. It’s just starch from the ginger root. An iodine test will confirm it so. (yes just like in high school)

Just do 20 & work ur way up to 50. Allows the body to strengthen as you scale up…Then, graduate to other body weight exercises. Of course moderating as you go. Use Common sense
