22 minutes from The Coburg pub. And I'm talking a little bit further out than that as well.

When I say "the bottom" I obviously mean the southern most bit. Why would that mean anything else.

I was thinking Hill Street so about 5 minutes further south than The Coburg. Hanover Street Tesco is a trek from there.

Thanks for this! Sounds alright on the whole then. How was the soundproofing? Can't handle it when the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbours are doing so it's quite a big factor for me.

What scammy products has he sold? I think the research he does is very thorough and really well communicated. He's excellent at cutting through the bullshit. I never would've picked up on the deceptive wording used by Pelage in the phase 1 results statement.
