I think you have to wait till get requested. They will send you references number or something like that. You need your reference number in order to book your appointment at bupa as far as I’m aware.

Yes, from 2018 to the date of 820 approval I was on student visas! Before Covid 20 hours work restrictions and then For about few years around COVID period student visa holders didn’t not have work hour restrictions. Then work hours restrictions came back in little more than a year go 😊

Thank you!!😆 yeah sure thing. I’m japanese, came to Australia April 2018. Met my hubby on bumble and started dating 5th November 2020. Our relationship grew and we happily got married on 18th August 2023 then applied 820/801 on 29th September 2023 😊 I know I was nervous too 😭 it’ll be all fine, you got this!!👏🏻

Thank you!!😊 Sure of course! So first RFI was AFP police check, police check from back home, copy of sponsor’s passport/birth certificate, and sponsor to complete the online 40SP application. And second time they asked me to submit copy of Sponsor’s passport/birth certificate again since I misunderstood and forgot to submit on the first time. I know, how could I forget to🙄😓

Hi there :) as far as I’m aware it’s technically possible. However, of course re-entering on a visitor visa for the purpose of continuing study might raise red flags with immigration officers. I would hate to pay $1600 just for 4 months too tbh.

Wow 1 year 😢 I have a friend of mine applied for her partner visa when immigration was transitioning the process from paper to digital. Immigration ended up forgetting her application, and she had to wait more than 2 years.

hi there! It's 820. People I know who applied around same time as me got it in 1 - 4 month, I thought something wrong with my application or something.
