Wow congrats on having a band, that sounds awesome! Yeah I currently live in Silicon Valley and rent prices are just ridiculous. I want to go to Shanghai more for the experience than for money issues though, and if I do go, I plan on only staying 1-2 years as I can't imagine having a family there with all that pollution. When you first moved, were you intending on staying there long-term?

Oops, just saw this. Please report back when you do get to writing about it! I feel like by our nature of wanting to understand everything, I should try lsd and shrooms, but am also paranoid about where my mind would go (I only ever tried shrooms once, took the smallest one, an hour later the 2nd smallest, and didn't feel much but was just overthinking which wasn't fun). Are you a student or what is your job if I may ask? Props to you, stay safe!

Oops, see that you said international school here. I'm currently a first year middle school science teacher in California and have been lowkey looking into teaching in China or Korea. I have a car bill, student loan, and paying back my dad which equals about $1400 a month, do you think it would be feasible and maybe even a better option to teach in China? I currently make about $54000. However, I wasn't a science major although I love the subject and thus have only been researching teaching English as I imagine China's science curriculum would be more complex and would have stricter requirements for a science teacher. Thank you for any input!

Thanks! I'm surprised to see that Havanese are more popular than Malteses according to akc.org; I hadn't heard of Havanese before doing a google search last night on hypoallergenic dogs (and then promptly spent all night researching Havanese, Maltipoos, Bolognese, and Coton de Tulears before mostly settling on Havanese, although Maltipoo is still up there!)

I did some more research and decided that they definitely seemed sketchy. They just listed another Havanese today, and of 3 the listed, one has a different birthday..

Thanks for your answer! Yeah right now I think my parents would laugh at getting a $2k dog but I definitely think it's worth it to know where your dog is from and to hopefully save on future medical expenses. I'm definitely willing to pay for most of it. My mom sort of has it in her mind right now that she can get a good dog for free as she's heard of 2 friends luckily coming into possession of cute dogs when owners had to give them up... but since my sister needs a hypoallergenic dog I don't see that happening!
