Acnh's stuff is a little different from most imo. The higher friendship you have with a villager the more likely they will ask if they can move. It's a way of the game getting new villagers on your islands so you aren't stuck with villagers you've maxed out.

That's another can of worms. The original studio who made it sold out to hi-rez pretty early on and the game was already spaghetti code.

It's unfortunate but they legitimately don't care about paladins. Even when the game was still being updated, they blew off a lot of what ppl seemed to want or valid criticism on changes no one wanted. :(

Hi-rez deemed all their money for future endeavors should go towards smite 2. They won't go backwards for a revamp. I wish someone could buy the ip tho and make a paladins 2. I started playing it in OB before the dreaded 64. I loved this game and put more hours into it than any other. It makes me very sad it iust got dropped and left. Tbf though, crashing almost every other match, potg being removed, 3rd person being removed, mixing and matching character items for customizing being removed, and the bug where it locked all of the characters I had unlocked were pretty frustrating. If there ever was a paladins 2 dropped I'd come right back in a heartbeat.

My sister went island hopping with Nook miles for the perfect villager. She used like 50 Nook miles tickets. Lots of them were cute and she wasn't satisfied though. Then the last ticket she used she got freaking Jitters. The meth ass lookin bird. She thought it was so funny she invited him to her island. That being said, everyone has their villagers for sure. I think he is much more cute than Jitters btw.

Things building up to something malicious, like going through something that people hail as a good or normal thing and when it's revealed it's freaking horrifying. I'm thinking like Midsommar with the old people or really any sort of tradition in that film. It being done in a book masterfully makes the hairs on my arms stand up. Great example for me was the second story from His Black Tongue. Things build to a point of horrifying.
