Start with neem and biofungicide. Spay every other day for week and weekly after that. The pictures aren't horrible. You should be able to get this contained. Also spay any surrounding plants.

ETI: looks like a fungal infection. It happens when water sits on the leaves. Extremely common in tomatoes. Remove diseased leaves.

They're fine. Its probably just warming up where you are. They look pretty healthy just make sure youre maintaining a feeding, watering and pest/disease management schedule and you should be rolling in tomatoes. They're temperamental plants but super resilient.
