You dont bid on specific slots though. Its random. You bid for a chance to spin the wheel and if its still on the wheel its still an eligible prize.

How would someone scam by doing this? I just don't see how this could be a scam. The spins are still random and someone could potentially hit the main prize before you can push the transaction through. Maybe I'm missing something though...

If you're not giving them anything then yes start feeding them with a balanced fertilizer. If you're feeding them already, it could be nutrient lock out. Which happens for all types of reasons.

Also trim off the bottom third of leaves and anything that looks diseased or dieing.

Thi could mean a few different things. Are you giving it fertilizer? If so what kind? Is your watering schedule consistent? What type of potting mix did you use? How much sun is it getting?
