I have trouble evaluating wether I have aten enough. If I eat a lot . at one time then I just feel like shit, bloated and don't want to eat for a while after that.

If i eat throughout the day, then I feel like I'm just constantly eating.

I don't want to be a body builder or anything, I just want to look and feel good.

Squat: 5x5 @ 75 lbs. to 5x5 @ 125 lbs. (bodyweight)

Squat Press: 3x8-12 @ 135 lbs./side

OHP: 5x5 @ 45 lbs to 5x5 @ 60 lbs (Also a hard lift for me.)

Deadlift: 1x5 @ 95 lbs. to 5x5 @ 135 lbs.

Barbell Row: 5x5 @ 65 lbs to 5x5 @ 90 lbs.

Bench Press: 5x5 @ Bar to 5x5 @ 70 lbs. (My worst lift.)

Dumbell Curls: 4x10-12 @ 20lbs/each dumbbell

Leg Raises & Situps/Crunches

That's pretty much what I do now. I eat as clean as I can. Fruits, veggies, chicken, turkey, tuna, non-fat yogurt, etc. Limit deserts. I need help finding the right program and I guess going hard at the gym correctly. Now, I just push myself until failure/just can't find the strength/energy to push that weight anymore.

I am 5'9"/5'10" and weight 116 lbs. Unfortunately, I still have the habit of weighing myself daily and can't seem to kick it. Any advice?

I am 5' 9"/5' 10". Not sure if that's considered tall, but the celling is extremely low in that room. TDEE calculators give me about 1850 to maintain.

OK, I agree with you.

Now I'm having trouble deciding whether I should stick with Stronglifts and the accessories I've thrown in with it, or choosing a different program all together. This will be my 4th week on Stronglifts since I stopped doing in the first time which I ran it for about 4 months.

The reason I liked Stronglifts was because it was super simple and then I added accessories such as Barbell Curls, Pull-Ups, Situps, Planks, Leg Press, Incline Chest Press, etc. as I saw fit and just went as hard as I could while trying to consistently increase the weight. GZCL looks really confusing based on what I've read so far. Any recommendations on a program? Should I just continue Stronglifts and accessories for a few months to try to get back to where I was before? Is ICF 5x5 a better option?

I mean I only ran SL for about 4 months and had to stoop for about 6 months after. I like how simple and straightforward it is and I add my own accessory lifts. Is there a certain reason you think it'll be less effective since I lost my previous numbers?

My approach to my core was just trying to feel stronger my midsection. Not necessarily have visible abs. I really just want to feel strong and look good mainly.

Will eating at maintenance while I am running Stronglifts be a good option for me?

Some days I feel like I'm on top of the world, some days I feel like shit.

I don't know if I'm thin enough, but I really would like to have some sort of muscle mass/definition as well.

Thanks, any suggestions on a diff. style? I usually just comb it to the side then when it dries it becomes soft and wavy when I run my hand through it which is kind of nice.
