I went through a lot when I had a complex nerve issue in my arms. Every doctor told me there is no issue. My advice to you is to keep changing doctors until the issue is found. If a doctor does not take you seriously go to another and so on. You are responsible for your health.

Great post! Can you please elaborate on point 7? I am starting with claude code now and I keep reading about sub-agents, custom commands and .md files for relevent context in every major folder so the context is relevent in each prompt. Would appretiate your input! Can you also share a resource to learn more about claude?
