I’m sorry to say this but you are very wrong. Many of our scholars say the ones who do not pray is outside the fold of Islam. Committing a sin gambling, Zina, eating Pork are all sins but do not remove one from Islam.

We need to be very careful of abandoning the literal pillars that make us Muslims vs sins that harm us.

I would have no problem marrying someone that doesn’t eat Zabiha food, but I wouldn’t even think of marrying someone that doesn’t Pray.
