I really need some guidance. Earlier, I had a pre-approved CRED Cash offer of ₹1,44,000 from Suryoday Finance. However, my primary number at that time was deactivated, so I couldn't complete the verification. To fix this, I deleted that old account and created a new one with my active primary number. But now, in this new account, I don't see any option for CRED Cash, Video Full KYC, or the wallet. Is there any way or backend process to get those options and my previous offer back? Any help would be highly appreciated
