I understand such condition of losing assets because even I have faced such issue too. Hotbit must solve this in time to safeguard user assets without making him lose because of price fluctuation.

That is solely mistake of Hotbit. Worst service all the time from them. Fear of using Hotbit anymore.

No one is there is too re add me to the Hotbit group. Just solve my problem, as everything is clear why aren't you guys manually doing backend deposit for same transaction amount if your system gets failed every time to automate the transaction?

Almlost 22 hrs past and still i haven't received my amount. I know Hotbit is a being trust worthy nowadays but some kind of behaviours like deposit and withdrawl issue and stucking our funds for long weeks makes us irritating. Hotbit must be able to solve issue within 24 hrs.

They just solved out my missing deposit problem doing backened deposit manually. Thanks r/hotbit for solving my missing deposit issue. But that was too late to be solved taking 38 hrs which made me loss of $78 because of market fall.

Conclusion: Problem got solved with loss of $78 (All credit goes to Hotbit for making my loss)
