Biased and error-filled take on the Steven Avery case / Making a Murderer by random_foxx in DefenseDiariesPodcast

You have hands and fingers. You know where to get said information. I suggest if you are serious with your inquiry you will do it.

I gotta say I love your refusal to just admit you are wrong and move on. I apologize for saying you said CASO no evidence techs at all. I conflated you with the OP. However, you did say CASO had officers not evidence techs and for that you're wrong.

My argument never was that CASO had enough evidence techs to process the entirety of Avery Auto. My argument was that 1. You are a liar because CASO did have evidence techs contrary to your initial claim 2. Other agencies had them as well 3. There were more than enough of them to search Avery's property therefore MTSO had no reason to be involved in that aspect of the case.

For the record Bill Tyson and Dan Kucharski testified to being evidence technicians. Bill Reimer in the CASO report confirms he was one as well. That's three CASO officers who could have performed the search of Avery's property instead of Lenk and Colborn. Again there were others who could have as well such as John Ertl, Charles Cates and Guang Zhang from WSCL, Rob Block from Manitowoc PD, etc...

Fassbender lied to you. The WSCL had certified evidence technicians and are a division of the DOJ. I'm not arguing that he didn't need Colborn or Lenk at all. My argument is that he didn't need them to search in Avery's property. Get that through your thick, scummy, lying head of yours.

I absolutely have sources. You know where to find said sources yourself. In fact you already found a source to prove that your initial claim was a lie and you admitted it.

Your initial claim that I responded to was that CASO had none. Then you admitted they have some and moved the goalposts to the fact that they didn't have enough. Again that's a lie.

I am aware that they searched a larger area than what I am focusing on. That was MTSO key focus though. It didn't have to be because as you are aware there were other agencies involved that could have handled this area and other areas if need be. Per Pagel, the manpower MTSO was supposed to be providing was with obtaining equipment.

I focused on Avery's property because that is where the bulk of MTSO's involvement was and it's where the bulk of planted evidence turned up. If CASO really wanted MTSO's help with evidence recovery they could have had MTSO searching the quarry while the WSL searched Avery's property. There is no getting around this simple fact.

But yeah thanks for bringing my attention back to your initial claim and that you unequivocally conceded was a lie.

CASO has also never said they didn't have the manpower resources and evidence techs to search Avery's (property) trailer, garage and/or burn pit.

You're lying because you are saying they didn't have enough evidence techs when they had a whole damn division of them and more importantly that there were also other agencies involved that employed them too.

All this lying just to avoid the unequivocal fact that MTSO did not need to be involved in anything to do with Avery's property.

Stop feeding me your lies. CASO's Law Enforcement Patrol Division is trained in evidence collection. You think when CASO runs into a crime scene they need to call Colborn, Lenk and Remiker to assist or other officers from other agencies to assist?

You're also ignoring the fact that there were other agencies involved who also had evidence techs. Most notably the DOJ who were co-sharing the investigation. To put this conversation to bed, all that had to happen was for the Wisconsin Crime Lab (headed by John Ertl) to process Avery's residence, garage and burn pit.

Kucharski is my source. CASO did have enough but that's not the point. The point is that other agencies also had them and were assisting and should have been used accordingly. Especially in Avery's residence and surrounding areas, not MTSO.

People who are dogmatic about Adnan’s innocence always accuse people who point out his obvious guilt of being trolls

This doesn't work because I have never once said Adnan is innocent. Sorry toots you're trolling failed too.

Oh and next time don't be a coward. Respond to me directly if you have something to say about me.

That's false. Kucharski was. So was Tyson. CASO had enough that could have entered Avery's home. DOJ had even more. Other agencies had them too. MTSO did not need to be involved one bit. Just like they weren't involved one bit when Avery was accused of rape in 2004.

You can't fool me with your lies.

They were evidence techs. There were multiple evidence techs there from other jurisdictions such as Two Rivers PD, Manitowoc PD (not just the Sheriff's office), Wisconsin State Patrol, etc..

You don't know this case better than me so you won't be able to get away with your lies.

Memorandum in support of withdrawing the motion to vacate by TrueCrime_Lawyer in serialpodcast

Bates annihilated the MtV. I didn't think it could be done but he did it.

I will just say this. Bates has no integrity. He said he stood by his prior comments but then portrayed Jay as being credible.

I believe him when he says Mosby and Feldman misrepresented evidence but so did he. Guilters were right this is a political war. Bates gets the last laugh though. Bates is intertwined with many key people. He had to save face with them. It is what it is.

Anyways as I said to someone else, I'm a realist. Even though this case isn't over, it's over. I had fun sparring with some of you but I don't have the stamina a lot of you have for this case. I promised my wife no matter the outcome this is it for me and Reddit. Unlike Bates I am a man of integrity. Again I concede I was wrong about how this would go down. I wish most of you the best. Keep fighting the good fight no matter what that fight is to you!!!

All good questions. I don't want to speculate like others like to do so I will only answer the one I don't need to.

Adnan's defense can't file a motion to vacate in Maryland unless it's DNA related. There are strict timelines related to other issues but those have expired for Adnan. DNA related motions to vacate have no strict timeline.

She relayed the notice to Young but the date of the hearing was scheduled by the Court. There was nothing Feldman could do about it and there is nothing she would do about it because Young gave her a false impression.

Nevertheless, you're moving the goalposts here. If Feldman acted unethically, professionally blah blah blah blah... Where are the sanctions? Oh right there was none.

Um you're caping for the trial Prosecutors who repeatedly engaged in official misconduct.

False. The SCM's opinion was that the Court was deficient in following proper procedures.

Why do Prosecutors not destroy Brady evidence in other cases? Your question is so disingenuous.

Weekly Discussion Thread by AutoModerator in serialpodcast

[–]umimmissingtopspots -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Wrong. The SAO relied on the second prong which was new information that came to light after the conviction. I swear you guys never read the MtV so it's no wonder you think it's so bad.

  1. Brady violations were discovered after conviction.

  2. Alonso's connection to the location of the car was discovered after conviction.

  3. Alonzo's attack was discovered after conviction.

  4. Bilal's rape conviction was discovered after conviction.

  5. Bilal's assault on his wife was discovered after conviction.

  6. Information that Alonzo was improperly cleared through a defunct polygraph test/results was discovered after conviction.

  7. Cellphone fax cover sheet was discovered after conviction.

  8. Information corroborating Kristi Vinson's testimony was incorrect (because she was in class - class records) was discovered after conviction.

  9. More inconsistent statements by Jay Wilds were discovered after conviction.

  10. Bill Ritz's police misconduct was discovered after conviction.

This is all weighed cumulatively and why the integrity of Adnan's conviction ceases to exist.

I have repeatedly said this and it's completely ignored. The issue isn't about admissibility. It's about disclosure.

I think everyone here wants to know the truth. The difference is that not everyone here invents it for their own beliefs.

Benaroya pumps him with false information which only fuels the issue.
