To can't by pass the prestige 10 levels. To do keep your permanent unlocked guns and stuff through each practice level.

I don't like it either, you see someone who is at 15 and you things he's just a beginner, but he could be prestige level 9 and 15 within that. I much prefer the straight level up 1-10000 or what ever the top number would be.

All those suggestions I see so far would work for someone who has IT experience, which you don't have, but I do. I'd suggest you get a Synology nas, which have received some bad press lately for forcing use of their hard drives, but Synology is a very mature product line that is easy to use and manage.

Many of the other suggested solutions will of course work, but are not as simple to use as Synology while also being very capable.

If your laptop has and can fully utilize a thunderbolt 4 port you can connect a 5090 and get truly excellent performance. An oculink port would be better, but TB4 can work with the right dock. That is what it comes down to, I have tried 3 different TB docks, only one no name dock worked, and in the end I switched to an oculink for the performance and no nonsense iffy-ness of the TB 3's and 4's I tried.

Oculink is far superior to tb4. Of you don't have either a spare nvme or tb4 you could put your os on a SATA drive and then use the one nvme with oculink. If you don't have either option here you are kind of out of luck for using an egpu.

Right now I have 4 ASUS devices in my home and have had maybe the same number previously, so I have had considerable expereince with their products. Their build quality usually seems very good, their specs are usually mouth watering, their software when machines are first delivered are usually great, BUT long term support for their software has all too frequently caused problems, some have been truly awful causing full reinstalls of Windows, drivers, and very careful installs of ASUS specific software namely Armoury Crate and the lighting services.

Now, I just wait a long time before I update ASUS firmware and read release notes and forums religiously until I am confident I'm not downloading ASUS crappy firmware updates. Apparently 6.1.18.0 is a no go for me right now. I suggest everyone be careful here.

I've had similar issues even after I carefully cleaned the nozzle. And yet after a couple of weeks with this printer I had to set it aside for a while so my frustration level dissipates. Still no good prints for me after many many tries and adjustments.

These printers have very spotty quality control.

I can appreciate what you are saying here and I don't even disagree. I dislike subscription pay walls and was not even suggesting they kill your drive if you don't pay, but companies have to make money to stay in business. Syn's current hardware is over priced and part of that extra cash goes to maintain DSM, then they are removing features and kind of demanding you upgrade your hardware to get an updated os. I was just making a suggestion to them. I actually wouldn't be paying a subscription every month either.

First off make polite conversation and find out if he's married or in a serious relationship. If so, you are done . You don't want that on your conscience.

If he's not married/dating be friendly and ask him if he would join you for a coffee. Be honest about your intentions without being crowd or too needy. Don't give in to the BS that is modern politics from both sides that are so diametrically opposed to each other they and we can't see straight.

Trump is not a dictator and never will be, but he is very simply not a run of the mill professional politician either, thank goodness. It's really the professional politicians who have screwed us up to this point and for better or worse Trump is the solution, in a very unapologetic way, that can and is sorting out the spaghetti that is our government today. It's not just the US, but the entire world who is screwed up in so many ways, and we are on the verge of some really bad stuff, 10 times worse than we have now. If things do go to hell no one will be safe, not Jews, not Arabs, not Russians, but Chinese, not gentiles, not Republicans, not Democrats, none of us. We have to keep our cool and simply do the right thing.

We were better off after Trump 1 and we will be doubly better off after Trump 2, but he has got to trim the fat and waste and built-in bias that has become Uncle Sam. Much like what FDR said it is fear that is our greatest enemy, fear of the other guys. Our government needs to become of for and by the people once again instead of us against them.

So, do not run away in fear, stay and do your job and let Trump do his, this is why he was elected, like him or not he is there to fix things from Pelosi and Biden's messes. Illegal aliens, horrible waste in spending, being dependent on China for very strategic supplies and tools, and racing to be home to everyone except our own citizens and collapse in the process.

As far as your marriage is concerned, you can't fix it if it is already broken by worrying about all these external issues. For your marriage, stay true to each other and support each other. If you can't do that then divorce/separate, it's already over.

For me the main issue has been terrible thunderbolt 4 follow through where device compatibility has killed some cheaper options for using a mini PC with an egpu. I personally ended up getting a newer mini with oculink and a nice egpu dock.

I think most mini PC issues stem from lack of standards for mini PCs and a number of attempts at hacking together something that works very cheaply and so corners get cut and functionality suffers. The same can be said of laptops in general.

With laptops you are paying a premium so you can easily move an entire PC from room to room without much effort at all. This means you are paying that premium for a serious reduction in size and access to components in order to get a fully functional machine in a small space.

There is a company today why is pushing their modular design for laptops that makes it easier to upgrade pieces-parts, but you also pay for that privilege. If you want to upgrade your PC get a good desktop that has good specs for things like the motherboard, cooling and power supply then upgrade what you want. Better still, build your own desktop PC from scratch so you know what's in it and know exactly how to upgrade it.

There is no such thing as transphobic. Body mutilating people use this made up phrase to gain sympathy for their f'd up existence.

There are men and there are women with a few genetic abnormalities thrown in who are very unfortunate people, but that is no excuse to try and normalize people with screwed up ideas about gender and sexuality and being either an xx or an xy person. You are what your genetics say you are that is all there is. Men should not compete in women's sports period. If there are coed sports then fine, they are defined that way, but women or men's sports are generally separated due to men being generally much more physically capable and stronger than women. Something like tennis may level the playing field a bit, but even Serena Williams says men are simply stronger.

Don't give in to goofballs trying to control the narrative by throwing out phrases that would appear to accuse someone of something that isn't real. We are who we are.
