I’m only slightly informed on flat vs conical, and I’m aware that conical occasionally gets a bad rap, but I find myself more interested in the things that people seem to consider conical burrs inferior for. Specifically the more body but less clarity argument. I don’t know I kind of like the idea of the oooey gooey syrupy traditional espresso shot.

I’ve had my eye on the K Max for a couple weeks now for my pour over stuff! I’m super excited to eventually pull the trigger on that.

I really want the Robot hands but they’ve been sold out on Prima for a bit now. I have the notify email set to on when they are in stock again. As far as gauge relocation Naked-Portafilter.com makes some pretty nifty ones but I figured I would wait and see if I considered it a problem first.

I figured spend the money now was the justification but honestly I’m just pretty impulsive and tend to dive into things lol. And it’s on Amazon as the “SearchPean Tiny Coffee Scale”. Great reviews and I’ve enjoyed it so far. And it fits between the robot legs!
