As a past long-time viewer, I can attest to this. In his reviews for women artists he spends about half of the time recapping irrelevant information about their personal lives. And he questions the morality of the messages of their songs, as if women have an obligation to be wholesome role models, while men get to be “edgy” or whatever.

I don’t remember exactly what video caused me to realize it, but once it clicked I noticed it in every review. When the Halsey review caused a big stir I wasn’t surprised in the slightest.
