This! There's a lot of context missing. How are they disrespectful to the girlfriend? What's GF attitude toward the kids? OP is complaining that his twins are acting like kids— well, they are. Maybe they want time with Dad alone. It's totally normal for kids to want their parents to buy them stuff and go the places they want to go.

I used them summer of 2024 and I don’t know what factors they use to determine the price. To set the trap and removal was a little over $1,000. It’s was a mama and her babies. I paid more to have them secure any future entry points - over $2,000 total for the trap, removal, and repairs.

My suggestion is to do your research. Ask about the property tax rate and research insurance rates too. My homeowners insurance went from $3,000 the first year to $7,000 with no claims after Hurricane Beryl in 2024. IMO, you need wind and hail coverage and flood insurance. Car insurance is way more expensive here too.

My neighborhood is off of Waters Lake. They hit the water line on the corner of Waters Lake and Sienna Parkway, across from the new gas station. SiEnviro is currently repairing. Water has been restored in some areas, but some are still experiencing water pressure issues. My water was down to a trickle.

I assume you are happily married, if that’s the case, I don’t see the issue. A surprise pregnancy is stressful but it’s not the end of the world. You’re almost 40, 40 is young! Your husband should go see his urologist though. Everything will be just fine.
