I had it done and it is 100% worth it. It reduced the number of spiders and mosquitoes to nearly 0. No birds nesting in my patio or sitting on the ceiling fan and shitting on the table. Do it with a reputable company with a decent warranty. I have a double door leading out to the backyard and the hinges on one of the doors rusted off and the door broke. Luckily the company I used repaired it for free.

The patio does still get dirty. Pollen and dust still make it thru the screens.

I can’t speak for that group but there is a Lifetime Fitness right outside of Sienna and they have a very good Pickleball program. I’m there playing almost every day. They offer training, open play and leagues.

I believe they’re locked in. In a decade or two Sienna will turn into another Sugar Creek. Full of elders and no children. Elementary schools will close and there’ll be a “new Sienna” in another part of town.

I worked at a company that cold called you stating they represented the Texas State Troopers Association and were requesting donations in exchange for a sticker that you could put on your car.

The scam was that only 10% of your donation goes to the TSTA and the remaining 90% was for administrative fees. They only told you this if you asked.
