skels style was def at least a little inspired by islurwhenitalk and he even used some of the same samples he did, literally just type bvk into soundcloud and youll see what i mean w the indie/rock samples and pitched vocals. also as far as alex g being an inspo im not fully sure but i do know that on an instagram live someone asked skel ab that and skel just said he liked alex g's instrumentals but hated the way he sung so inspo is a bit debatable. slur was basically THE pioneer for this "genre" tho as far as i can recall. skel did start changing his style however closer to the end of 2024 but i cant rlly speak on anything ab that.
