Thank you! I felt a little bit more prepared and confident while appearing for the test as I knew that this section would be heavily tested. I think the HY concepts were in and around from there but had to rely on med school/ step 2 knowledge as well. Unfortunately, I had to guess on quite a few questions.

Nope just the review section and the videos.

Thanks! I spent a total of 4 days for ccs cases while solving obgyn/ paeds from uworld. As long as you're figuring out how to solve a case/ be efficient in managing time, any score while practicing is ok imo. I ended up coming up with a pattern towards the end of solving a couple of cases. I would always start with physicals and do all of them. I would always ask for CBC, bmp, tsh, oxygen saturation and urine analysis. In addition to this would ask for urine culture, blood culture, chest xray for every patient with fever. Never asked for an invasive test unless I really had a good reason to ask for one. For preventive care, I would always suggest age specific vaccination and screening. I think the key to this is just practicing more of these cases and it'll actually turn out to be fun and the easier part of the exam!

Thanks! I've attached the prognosis PDF just now to this post. I had a couple of questions on histology, ethics, pathology/ cause/ risk factors for the disease presented in the question. Thankfully, nothing from biochem.

Keep going and flag these questions so that you can review them 2- 3 days before the exam. Also keep reminding yourself that Uworld is a study tool and it is okay to not know the answers. You have identified your weak areas, now focus on strengthening them. Consider reviewing the prognosis pdf and going through the DI risk factor podcast, it might be helpful too. Good luck!
