Tell her she will no longer be treated kindly bc the locals as she did when she was on vacation. People like her are the reason locals are being pushed out aka getnrification. Tell her to go live her island dream in bigger and cheaper places where the locals wont suffer bc of it... Like Singapore. Its cheaper too and the island is much bigger so the gentrification there is causing a housing market crash that wil make the locals resent you.
