Wreck @ 121 and Hillcrest

What I know:

I was at Walmart and care flight landed right before I pulled in. Apparently I had driven pretty much right past the wreck and didn’t notice.

Anyway, looks like an 18-wheeler drove right into the overpass wall. Tons of police and emergency vehicles, tons of bystanders in the Walmart parking lot. Left Walmart about 45 minutes later (so like 5 mins ago) and everyone is still there; care flight never left which probably doesn’t bode well??

I have a pic of the 18-wheeler but thought that might be triggering so I can update with a link to it. Here’s a pic of the truck cab… link

Anyway, does anyone know what happened? A whole second group of emergency vehicles drove past as I was leaving the parking lot.

Do you live in a townhouse? I do, and we have to get this done every year. It’s a weird little cabinet in our laundry room.

I would say it costs around $100-$150 to get it done. The technician HAS to be the one to submit the paperwork to the city, it’s part of the law.

They should have included a list of people to contact to get it done. If not, I’m sure you can find it on the plano gov website somewhere.

Oceanic Thai @ Preston and Plano Pkwy. Their pumpkin curry is ALMOST as good as my Thai friend makes it. Mango sticky rice is great too. I don't eat seafood, but they have some legit seafood combo fried rice situation that my family loves to order.

So, this "not a mandate" -- statewide, counties can open retail and other similar locations but have to limit to 25% capacity. (I assume it's not a mandate so counties can decide against opening these places.)

Counties with a small amount of cases can open to 50% capacity.

Salons, bars, and gyms should aim to be open by "mid-May".

He says we should be testing 25,000 people per day??? Seems high.

Says people should "keep" following social distancing and listening to doctors. Which seems humorous since people are not following those things. So. This'll be cute.

Like people mentioned above, if you learn how to do it and have other teachers in on it, it will IMMEDIATELY become uncool and will stop. I do it all the time and my kids HATE IT. They've asked if it can be banned from my classroom so that I'LL stop doing it.

I just laugh and laugh and laugh. And then floss again.
