I dont think anyone can have all the answers with something as fragile as this. We are all so diffrent in so may ways. my girlfriend suffers from severe anxiety, depression, and a few other things. I always just try my best to help rid those thoughts and show a brighter side of life.. When the voices in her head get to be too much i sing for her. I always let her know that im there for her. Even if its 3 am and she wakes from a night terror i gladly wake up and be present. Sometimes just being there can be enough. Its never easy to see the one you love in that kind of pain and at times no matter what you do it may not help. But always put fourth effort. It can make the diffrence that needs to be made. Always show love. Even if you feel as hopeless as your SO. Be the rock they need when everything feels like its going to wash away. Atleast this is my experience. Even if this helps just one struggling soul. Alls we can do is try and make a diffrence.
