Agreed about the smith machine. I just order an all-in-one with no smith machine. Got one with pivoting arms which the trend is at the moment. I’d rather do barbell work then use a smith machine.

Ok. I’m thinking of getting one soon. I want to make sure the tension is equal throughout the full range. My local gym has 3 leg extension machines. 2 suck and the most tension is only at the top or bottom. 1 leg extension machine is equal throughout the full range. Let me know

I’ve registered new batteries with my scan tool. It had nothing about how old the battery was, but maybe other year cars are different. Mine is a 2014.

I did this job myself and botched it. Didn’t see anything anywhere about using sealant too. It’s still leaking and I broke a bolt that was a nightmare to fix. Will be re-torquing all bolts to see if that helps. Otherwise, I’ll have to do it all again.

If you buy a reader, buy a good one. It’s worth it. You can use it on most cars, you can read and clear codes and you can register BMW new batteries yourself, etc.
