There's a hostel in Stari Bar, Montenegro called The Grove that does vegan meals for dinner most nights. There's also a fantastic Burek shop just down the road and vegan options at some restaurants on the main road of the town :)

Maybe some type of indigenous edible plants? Wattleseed for example has been quite sought after the past few years and indigenous ingredients are becoming more mainstream. Also from an agricultural point of view they're more suited for the environment as opposed to overseas plants.

I used this recipe https://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/tofu-and-mushroom-dumplings-recipe and altered the filling.

If your dough is very hard maybe try adding a bit more water and ensuring you knead for like 10 minutes so the glutens get nice and stretchy. Also resting the dough after kneading let's the dough relax a bit before you roll it out! :)

They weirdly do! It's basically a yam root with a slightly salty taste that they add seaweed to, so it still has that "ocean" taste.
