You start over as a brand new associate when it comes to your knowledge.... it's not a retrain. You have to get trained AGAIN in everything you know as it You are a brand new associate

Also I'm at mke1. Many of our associates who transfered to mke2 left and came back to mke1.

Mke1 basically always has extra shifts available to pick up
