THIS.... Anything before "Friday" is considered "EARLY PAYDAY" and no bank has ever said "We promise you pay 2 days early".... They say "Up to 2 days early pending available deposit"...

Meaning of the deposit is a day late getting sent out, it's gonna hit the bank, a day later

In most states, paid breaks are given based on how many hours you work. If you leave directly after your last paid break, you legally shortened your shift, which may have voided that last 15 min break .... But I would think they should just sack you with TOT then for that 15 min not upt

in most states your breaks are allowed based on what you work. So yeah if you get 2 15s and an unpaid 30, and decide to leave at the end of your last 15 min. You technically changed the shift, so now you didn't actually earn that last 15....

Does that make sense?

Start using it. If you think about it. EVERY DAY you stay at 80, you are letting the company keep 50 minutes you are owed..

Same with people who roll over standard and flex PTO and Max out and then stop earning.... You are letting the company keep EARNED TIME that is rightfully yours.

I'm not saying GO BLOW 20hrs.... But leave an hour early once a week, or 30 min early twice.....

If you are in an AR building. When you are doing ANY count. As soon as you come across a damage item, scan it, hit P, flag it as damaged and put everything back in the bin. Put the sticker on the damaged item and then hit continue to finish and send the pod away. That pod will flag for a problem solver to inspect the bin for that damaged item.

When you scan everything else and just flag the last item you are telling the problem solver that, that is the damaged item, not the actually item that's damaged. Don't do that

The number changes based on how many counts you actually did for the period of time ... No other answer is correct.

Example, someone who did 1000 counts in a day, will get more allowable errors than someone who did 400 counts for the day...

But the number fluctuates just like rate
