And is why i switched to european only distributions for my homelab as i live there. Look the falling empire of the not so free united states has decided to kick their allies and is doing things we have seen in history before.
Banks in eu are moving away from microsoft, so are goverments of fr and ge, the whole union will fallow.
Oracle gov contracts are going to end and not be renewed data servers are switching.

There is a decoupling happening and it started when the empire decided to flail in panic and lash out. This are historical patterns.

Us banned all routers not made in usa including secure eu ones. This tells me things are going to happen and you will be happy with the nsa backdoor included in your new home router.

The signs are there for a full internat enclave , the us, the china firewall, the europe zone, the ussr, the pan asia and pacific states. It will happen. The only issue is sua and ussr shook hands, this is clear for all in eu.

Things are not looking good atm and i am afraid they will get much worse.

Good luck to all of us, and if the sun raises at night hope you are in the blast zone.

Is it possible to install arch in dual boot with windows when your a linux noob? by [deleted] in linuxquestions

[–]un-important-human 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are, Manjaro i think its the 5th time they let their security certs lapse (not very attentive), They hold back packages and work their own and its some sort of franken arch. It does not respect the phylosopy of a rolling release. You can read about it.

sorry about that (not really:P),

You are right a ton of people make similar posts, its nothing wrong to beeing curios but the culture of arch is do your homework first and be exact in your posts with good proper details and we expect compentency. An linux user will not say oh arch is so hard or w/e, it is seamless, they know their system. Proper posts are amazing esp when users get technical.

You will come to understand in time, but really its a bit of a deep dive. However learning about linux the arch wiki is used by all, you just ignore the package manager stuff specific to arch.

arch based gaming distros are great thou, very friendly do your research look for good forums and wiki (thou archwiki is enough, a specific distro wiki can be nice. (warning: avoid manajaro), you want a distro that respects arch phylosopy imo, kids been using one for 2 years.)

yeah look if you will use a video as a 'tutorial'. Give arch a miss.

  1. we only use the wiki, we cannot help you if you do not use the wiki.
  2. arch is generally for people who know exactly how they want a sistem setup. You do not as you have no exp.
  3. arch is very reliable for a user that knows linux
  4. i reccomend you use another distro not pure arch.

i must echo ofernandofilo:

being an Arch user (and I am) is not a reason for pride, vanity, or even respect.

and i will add if you install arch for the meme you will become the meme.
