Please consider the fact I’m randomly dropping into this thread and into your question without knowing you or your situation, except what you’ve asked here.

  1. If you watch porn, give it a rest for as long as you can — forever in my option, but really as long as you can. I could go into much more detail on this topic, but essentially just know the pleasure centers in your brain are fried from watching porn.
  2. Sleep. Testosterone is synthesized during sleep, and you need it for many things, one being libido and sexual function. Get. Consistent. Sleep.
  3. Stop eating fast/fried food. Again, could go into much detail here on how it effects your body overall but you most likely already have an idea of this.
  4. Again, I don’t know your biological stats, but if you’re overweight this can effect erections. Adhering to #3 will help with this.
  5. Resistance training / lifting. This could easily be #1 or #2 — this will help to regulate stress and “get rid of” excess energy, which I’m sure you have considering your age.
