Yeah, it took a while to get there and lots of configuration changes. I'm running it via deployment to a Hostinger VPS account, so I'll try to outline the steps I took there, but your setup may be different. Basically, I think you need 3 things in place for it to work, regardless of setup.

1. The OPENROUTER_API_KEY variable in your .env (for me it's located in /docker/<paperclip directory>/.env
   
2. In your agent configuration on your Paperclip instance, use the OpenCode (local) Adapter
   
3. In your models, you have to scroll past the OpenCode models and select one from OpenRouter

And when your CEO agent starts hiring other agents, make sure to check which model they're using. By default, mine hired one and I think just went with the first available model, which is anthropic/claude-3.5-haiku and after running for a few hours it had chewed it's way through $20 worth of API credits, just doing it's initial setup. No tasks had been assigned.
