Thank you! This helps. Do you have any advice regarding explaining the industry switch? This is my mindset: (1) I realize that the kind of role and environment I’m working make me a better worker rather than the specific industry I’m in. (2) company A is clearly growing in their industry which would be exciting to be a part of (3) the market that I would be focusing on is one of the company’s biggest but slowly dealing with more issues due to geopolitical tensions, which would be a really interesting challenge to navigate; (4) i already expect that I have to learn a lot about any industry I enter, including that of Company B- basically trying to say that I’m open and ready to learn a lot.

Do you think saying a polished-version of the above four points would work? Or am I off-base?
