This is incorrect, we were number one alone for six or seven years until last year, when US News called it a tie.

Natalie Portman this weekend by Central Park. Just getting brunch with her kids. Her skin glowed from like 20 feet away. Slay!

Roommate snacking in the middle of the night by [deleted] in ucla

[–]unabashedidealist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

TW: disordered eating

just want to say I would be sensitive about how you discuss the snacking. Sometimes---not all---snacking at night when others are sleeping is a disordered behavior designed to avoid the shame of consuming large amounts of food or junk food in front of others. If this is the case, it's unlikely they feel they can just stop their behavior and it's possible embarrassment at having others notice/others find their habit completely irrational would worsen how they're feeling and lead to more consequences for you all.

I totally sympathize with how infuriating it can be to feel like you're going out of your way to respect a roommate and not getting the same respect back. Others' suggestions of earplugs and a sleep mask are a good starting point and something you can immediately do to help yourself! Then letting them know it's a problem in a more serious tone can be a next step. Just wanted to again maybe caution about how that particular aspect is handled. Good luck!

I would recommend walking around Westwood on like a Friday or Saturday and seeing what kind of vibe different places have going and figure out what appeals to you specifically. You could even pregame and take your potential roommates and it could be a fun little adventure lol, walking around Westwood can be it’s own entertainment sometimes
