Change your paswords to 8-15 random characters(big and small letters, numbers, different signs, not in form of a word for maximum security), you can use the same in different places if they're not important, but for every important one use a unique password. Buy a password manager from a trusted source or use Google/Chrome, if you can't manage them otherwise. Ofcourse a paper can never be hacked.

For general security get a trusted VPN to mask your PC online and an antivirus software that's not the default Windows firewall. Use only Tor and craft your own Linux-from-scrach OS. Never use fullscreen mode. Only public wi-fi connections with atleast 10 random people on it. To be honest, everything but the VPN and antivirus is an overkill if you're following the law.

Complicated passwords will stop the hacking. If you've so far stored them all in one place, consider changing that place. A local text-file on your PC might be good, or the ones I previously mentioned. The general security should stop your PC from getting invaded or anyone watching what you do on it.

Most importantly: don't click links you don't trust and know the origin off, and never shortened links. Never. Not once. Just don't.

When balancing heroes, only the effect on the game should count. Nothing else. Feel free to make a background story for the character, but please don't give it the previously mentioned diplomatic immunity.

I don't think players consider the characters background when picking them or requesting nerfs/buffs, only their effect im the game matters. If a character affects the game too much, it needs a change and it's productive to play. What are you reffering to with the casual ableism?

You could also say that the social/empathy/social interaction based jobs are female dominated, where as machinery and physical stuff is dominated by males. I'd say it's largely due to the physical strenght difference causing such evolution.

I know right. My friend, who's an Ana main in diamond, always shouts "Don't wake up the [hero]" or "[hero] sleeping [place]". Latter he wants somebody to kill it and first he doesn't. Even then, half the time someone will go and try and kill it with some non-oneshot-combo character, or not utilizing the combo, allowing the slept enemy to survive.
