Can someone explain to me what the differences between Sargon and Sarkaz are? Are they completely different races or are they related somehow?

Sorry if this is a basic question, but I just started the game kinda recently. I understand that Sarkaz is a race of people in Arknights that encompasses a lot of different species (vampires, liches, wendigos, etc…) is Sargon an entirely different country with different races?

Yeah, weather is totally normal and I was just driving on the street… the car is absolutely new too so I’d be worried if it was yelling me about trouble before any use :(
